Skegness Gateway
Overview
30 hectares of land with extant planning consent for employment and commercial leisure uses (including hotel, pub/restaurant, public filling station and car sales) fronting the A52 on the south west edge of Skegness.
This is a joint development between the landowner Croftmarsh Ltd and Lincolnshire County Council with financial support from Greater Lincolnshire LEP. First phase servicing is due to be delivered late 2018 and will open up opportunities for occupiers.
Opportunity
Skegness is well known for its traditional popular holiday offer, but what is less well appreciated is the role it fulfils as a business services centre for the coastal hinterland across such sectors as engineering, business services and hospitality.
The Skegness Gateway development will provide serviced employment land for businesses in the coastal economy supply chain to expand or relocate. Opportunities for developer investment in new business premises for sale or rent on this business park are now being presented to the market. New, additional investment in Phase 2 site servicing and the construction of premises is welcomed.
