The GLEAM Network was formed in collaboration with the School of Engineering, GLLEP, and Business Lincolnshire, stemming from the GLLEP Manufacturing Strategy. Its goal is to bring together the manufacturing sector, the University of Lincoln, and the wider community to address common challenges and foster a supportive environment for manufacturing businesses in the area.

Through a series of virtual events, GLEAM has shown its dedication to supporting both SMEs and large organisations in manufacturing. It promotes best practices, innovative solutions, and partnership opportunities and showcases technological advancements. Moreover, GLEAM facilitates the exchange of knowledge between academia and industry.

In the heart of Greater Lincolnshire's manufacturing landscape, GLEAM is a hub for knowledge-intensive businesses. Membership is open to all manufacturing companies in the region, and it provides benefits like free access and the chance to become an Affiliate Partner Member with Make UK.
