Manufacturing Board

Guiding Innovation, Driving Excellence: Insights from the Manufacturing Board

The Manufacturing Board is the primary authority and governing body committed to promoting the advancement, efficiency, and competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in the Greater Lincolnshire area.

Its main goals include advocating for manufacturing excellence across Greater Lincolnshire, formulating a comprehensive strategy to enhance the region's competitive and sustainable manufacturing practices, and overseeing the implementation of these plans while ensuring transparent communication of progress to the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).

Furthermore, the board strives to establish strong national connections, particularly with organizations such as the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and Innovate UK, in order to provide further support for the manufacturing interests of the region.

If you are interested in engaging with the Manufacturing Board, please contact the Chair or the LEP Secretariat Lead, Samantha Harrison, at greaterlincslep@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
